The Groupe de Santé CLINIFUTUR implemented an inter-company travel plan in 2015. To offer alternative mobility solutions to the car, the group supported the acquisition of VAE by building its fleet in three of its health establishments : Clinique Jeanne d'Arc-Les Orchidées, Clinique Saint-Joseph and Clinique Sainte-Clotilde. Focus on the Sainte-Clotilde Clinic, whose approach has made it possible to equip a total of 29 employees with VAE and to offer secure parking for bicycles.
This approach has enabled the Sainte-Clotilde clinic to meet the demand for long-term rental expressed by motivated employees. Of these 29 files initially submitted in 2019, eight requests were canceled and replaced by eight new files in 2020.
Each estimate proposed by the applicants was endorsed by the director of the clinic. Before validating the order, the employees signed a bicycle rental application file, summarizing their commitment, the conditions for acquiring the bicycle, the quote selected and the method of financing the rental.
The VAEs were gradually collected by employees during the summer of 2020. ADEME stickers were distributed to affix them to the bikes.
In addition, a bicycle parking lot was inaugurated in October 2020 on the site. It is equipped with a video surveillance and fire detection system. Accessible on presentation of the badge, it has 15 places (5 additional places by the end of 2021) and offers services: sanitary area including sink and shower, lockers, inflation kit and self-service tools.
Over the period from April to May 2021 and after 8 months of use, the average occupancy is 12 bicycles per day with peaks at 50 entries and exits (badge records). CLINIFUTUR finally plans to plan a grouped revision of the VAE by a single service provider.
Finally, all CLINIFUTUR employees can carry out a mobility diagnosis via the Wever platform and identify the mobility solutions best suited to their situation and place of residence.
