In order to measure the level of quality and safety of care provided by all French healthcare establishments, both public and private, the Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS) has been carrying out a compulsory assessment, known as certification, every 4 years for more than 20 years.
This assessment is carried out by visiting experts, who are practising professionals appointed and trained by the HAS, using an evolving reference system that sets out fundamental objectives and achievement criteria for the benefit of care and patients, such as the relevance of procedures, risk management, respect for rights, etc.
All of the CLINIFUTUR Healthcare Group's health establishments are naturally committed to a continuous improvement approach in order to meet the expectations of HAS certification, and the day-to-day work of all its staff, practitioners and mobilised personnel is commended.
Our initial results bear witness to a renewed and sustained commitment to quality care for the patients who place their trust in us:
- The Clinique Sainte-Clotilde has been certified "Quality of care confirmed" with an overall score of 95.11% since November 2023;
- The Clinique de la Paix has been certified "Quality of care confirmed" with an overall score of 96.08% since January 2024;
- Clinique Saint-Joseph has been certified "Quality of care confirmed" with an overall score of 97.23% since February 2024.
Our General Management would like to thank all our employees, whose commitment and professionalism made a major contribution to this result. Each and every one of you can be proud of this national recognition, which has been brought to the attention of the general public.
All the group's other establishments, namely the Saint-Vincent, Les Orchidées, Robert Debré and Les Oliviers clinics, and the SODIA and MAYDIA dialysis centres, are entering their evaluation phase, and General Management offers them every encouragement.
