Clinique Saint-Vincent is the main ambulatory surgery clinic in the north of Reunion Island: 88% of surgical activity. Since 2014, development of the Multipurpose Medical and rehabilitation care activity and opening since September 2018 of a multipurpose SMR day hospitalization sector specializing in the care of dependent elderly people or those at risk of dependency. The SMR service intervenes after a medical or surgical pathology, acute or chronic, whether or not resulting in hospitalization.
Rehabilitation care is adapted according to the patient's state of health. A medical and multidisciplinary team develops a personalized care plan, oriented towards the return home. It is organized with the patient and his relatives.
It takes into account the social context of the patient by allowing the opening of different rights and access to social assistance.
Large multidisciplinary rehabilitation platform to ensure optimal and appropriate care, in particular balance disorder. It has a capacity of 117 beds and places.
